Lucem, one of the Latin words for “light,” explores both the power of illumination and the essential role of darkness in revealing it. The work reflects how contrast—light and shadow, clarity and mystery—shapes our understanding of life and divinity. Through shifting harmonies, evolving melodic patterns, and a fluid musical architecture, the piece emphasizes polarity as a path to awareness, connection, and love.
